How enrollment works

When you check out with non-Ajax equipment, we offer the maintenance plan. Agree and we add Maintenance Plan � First Month to your cart at 1% of covered equipment for that first month. Ongoing months bill at the same rate after checkout unless you cancel.

Pricing

What you pay

  • 1% of covered equipment / month (based on that order�s eligible gear)
  • First month charged at Shopify checkout as a line item
  • Later months billed after the order (cancel anytime)
  • Ajax gear is covered under CMS monitoring instead

Example: $1,000 of cameras/NVR ? about $10/mo. The first $10 is on the checkout total.

Best when you want DIY Pro on the phone for replacements instead of shipping gear back to a manufacturer. Manufacturer coverage still comes with every order; maintenance is the optional upgrade offered at checkout.
