Shipping policy

DIY Pro Security ships nationwide from our Cincinnati warehouse (Technology Experience Knowledge LLC / TEK), 10770B Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242.

When your order ships
CCTV and most standard gear typically leave the warehouse within 2 business days after the order is paid and clear.

Ajax alarms and access / intercom orders are programmed and prepped for your install before they ship. Those usually ship within 72 hours, and can take up to 7 days depending on season and order volume.

Carrier delivery time after the package leaves the warehouse is extra and not included in those windows.

Shipping rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Rates are based on order total. Free shipping applies on qualifying orders of $3,500 or more (as shown at checkout).

Pickup
Local pickup in Cincinnati is available at 10770B Montgomery Rd. Pickup is optional, not the default. Use the contact form or order notes if you want pickup.

Labels and install locations
Orders are labeled for install. For Ajax and access / intercom, we use your order notes (and may email) to set device labels / locations before we ship.
