Return policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item that is unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns in that condition are for store credit or exchange.

If an item is defective when it arrives (DOA), we will replace it. For confirmed DOA, we pay return shipping.

Opened install gear is only accepted if it is unused and complete. A 40% restocking fee may apply. That fee comes from our distributor, not an extra store markup.

You pay return shipping unless the item is DOA.

Before you ship anything back, submit a request on our contact form (diyprosecurity.com/pages/contact). Include your order number, product model, and reason for return. Do not ship without authorization.

These rules apply to all orders — houses, apartments, shops, offices, industrial, and commercial.
