Four pieces:
- A PoE switch when you have more devices than PoE ports, or you are mixing cameras with door stations and access points.
- Cable. Cat 6 from each device back to the switch or recorder. Bulk box if you are pulling runs. Premade jumpers for short hops in a cabinet.
- WiFi access points when phones, indoor stations, and computers need wireless. Not a replacement for a wired camera or door station.
- A cabinet when the recorder, switch, and drives should sit together, locked, off the floor.
